[Boatanchors] DX-40/VF-1

[Dave Sublette]

Good point Rod.  I was told that they drift.  Also,  the conversion would
make the VFO independent from the rig.  No more power plug.  I was also
told that it chirped and clicked...both important to me as I am almost 100%
CW.
