[Boatanchors] Receiver Slow Start Power Mod

Team,I have a Collins 51j4 receiver that came with a slow, or delayed start power module installed in place of the 5V4 rectifier tube.I'm trying to find some info, specs, schematic for it. When the radio is turned on, the tube filaments light, but B+ is delayed for about 60 seconds. I can hear a relay click and then the radio comes to life.Any info would be helpful.ThanksMark VE3LUSent from my Galaxy Tab A
