[Boatanchors] bakelite case - repairable?

   I had tried to epoxy it back together, it didn't look very
good :-( or you could say that for my skill level it was a great job
but wasn't anywhere near the original look.  As it has sentimental
value I would pay a professional to restore it.  Another option may be
to find a clock with a good case and failed clock mechanism and make
one of two.  As I recall in 1970 they were very popular, the clock
mechanisms were also used the Heathkit SB-630 station console.  First
choice would be a professional repair if it is possible.

   Its still running over fifty years later.
