[Boatanchors] Bathtub caps

Don't know about your radio's condition but I restuffed the bathtubs for a nice, unhacked RBM-5. Tedious but I wanted to do it. Fool's errand, so... yeah. I have a few other RBMs awaiting work & I may restuff them, too, depending on condition.
As to PCBs there's a handy field test I found. Most of the common insulating mineral oils will float in water. PCBs are heavier molecules & sink. (Mine floated, by the way.) There's also a flame test for chlorine but it's usually not needed if the specific gravity test (above) works.
