[Boatanchors] FT-243 Crystal Plug

I don't know exactly why we're solving this problem because I don't
completely understand why we're married to a socket that doesn't have
a plug.  If it were me, I'd color outside the lines.  I'd punch a
small hole and add something like a BNC jack paralleled with the xtal
socket and move on with my life.  Plus, no worries about the plug
going in the wrong way.
