[Boatanchors] Johnson KW Matchbox - Problem with the "matching capacitor

I wonder if by chance a "Weighted knob" was installed in place of the 
original? Or... Could the original knob have had some weight added to 
make it spin? Maybe placed on the unit accidentally or just because it 
was a handy knob?

Just a thought. GL with the tuner!
