Hi Dave,

I think you are looking for ceramic feed-throughs.  If you don't find
any there are other creative solutions.  For example, you can cut a
square of clear plexiglas that will fit over the feed through mounting
holes, actually a rectangle.  Drill and bolt it on.  Drill two holes
through the plexiglas, each one centered through the panel hole and
wide enough to allow a brass banana plug jack to be mounted.   Mount
the jacks, solder the leads from the cap on the inside to their
threaded lugs and on the outside plug your balanced line in to the
jacks using banana plugs.  This is just one idea as an example but of
course actual feed-throughs would complete the original look of the
Matchbox.
