I have a PowerStat variac (120 VAC, 3A) which at some time in it's past,
must have been severely overloaded.  There is a spot on the winding where
the wire enamel is distorted, etc, etc. The insulation on the shaft (where
the knob slides on) also has been worn through so the knob mounting screws
would be connected to the wiper. And if you were connected to the screw -
well, not a good thing.  Overall I don't think this is rebuildable. so FOR
PARTS ONLY!!!

So for parts only. I can send pictures - it has knob, the dial scale,
wiper, brush, everything - but ONLY for parts. It weighs quite a bit so
USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate box for sure and that will run $16 +
just for shipping.

So how about $20.00 shipped?  If interested, drop me a line. PayPal, check
or cash will do the job. Can send pictures if someone wants.  If no one
wants it, I going to tear it apart and scrap most of it.  Oh, well.
