[Boatanchors] Transformer specs

The number on the transformer is definitely TP-4 and it does say TRIAD.
Possibly this is a special build?
I also could not find anything starting with TP.
It looks like a standard power transformer with end caps.
When I get my bench manageable, I will apply power, via a current
limiting lamp, and see what happens.
