[Boatanchors] Unique Wire Tuner Problem

    More info, this is sort of generic. Who made the tuner and 
the model?  I have an MFJ tuner with a similar turns counter. Had 
to replace the drive belt. A PITA. Left a new extra belt on the 
shaft for next time.
