If you want the original capacitor then Hayseed Hamfest will build one for 
you.  Most run in the 30-40 dollar range but is new.  I have bought from him 
and am happy with what I received, a multi-section like the one in my radio. 
He has off the shelf for some radios but has a link at the top of the page 
on his site for building what you want.  Look for Request a Quote and fill 
out the form.

You can purchase new capacitors with higher voltage ratings from a variety 
of suppliers..they are getting a little pricey however. For filter caps, I 
leave the original one in and install new electrostatics under the chassis, 
of course disconnecting the original filter. This way the rig maintains it's 
original appearance.Some guys use "stuffed filter caps" that us replacement 
caps  in the original or similar enclosures.
