Thanks Peter,

   thats almost funny, although we've never met we've been friends for
years.  I have hundreds of RF connectors and adapters I've purchased
from him over the years.  He sent me a FT 726R and some other gear to
help me get re-started on satellite.  I had never thought of asking him
about that cable or those connectors as I don't think that they're in
his online catalog.  Now I know, thanks!
