[Boatanchors] WTB: Knightkit T-60 Transmitter

I was given Viking II that had not been used for many years and is the usual garage storage disaster (dirt, grime, mouse dropping, etc.).  Looks like it can be cleaned up to fairly good cosmetic condition, and I can handle that, but what should I do first after that.
