With Bill's iron, all you need are:

A chassis big enough to hold everything
Rubber feet
Hookup wire
SPST toggle switch
Power cord and rubber grommet
Octal socket and plug for the B+ and filament lines
Pair of diodes
10 or 20 mfd cap 600 v. or greater
One or two solder lug strips
Nuts and bolts for mounting parts

You can also add a jeweled panel lamp that lights when the power
supply is on if you want to get fancy.
