[Boatanchors] clean up cat urine damage

Everyone seems to have a suggestion.
Over many years, the only thing I've found effective is
scrubbing with suddzing Ammonia, followed by through
rinsing with distilled water, then clear-coat to prevent
oxidation from setting-up.  The only thing I've tried that
would cut mouse/cat etc. urine on equipment.
