[Boatanchors] clean up cat urine damage

   I would have thought that this may have come up before.  Having had
cats for years I have had incidents where the cat goes outside of the
litter box.  One of our two cats has a thing for one, and only one,
type of sheet plastic, and it only happens on a rare occasion.
Recently I found some surface corrosion on an aluminum chassis, is
there a preferred clean-up procedure and products?
