Wattage doesn't need to match at all. Just build one with a light bulb
socket and put any 60 to 100W incandescent in it. The rather crude idea is
that if the radio or device under test (DUT) ac input line is shorted or
too heavy a load the bulb kicks in, limits the current and you get a chance
to turn it off before you blow something up. FYI the bulb is in series with
the load - if the current drain of the DUT is too high (a VERY relative
number) the bulb glows and drops the voltage - sort of a voltage limiter.
