[Boatanchors] Valiant 2 - ISO band switch wafer

I hope you find a wafer but apart from that this has nothing to do
with it--I looked at the photos of the rig and saw some paper wrapped
electrolytics.  I suggest you shotgun those out and replace with new
parts.  The paper jobs are usually dried out by now and no good.
