[Boatanchors] Epay values

I've found some great deals on Ebay and I use it all the time. A lot of
time I see really unreasonable shipping charges, so I'll us
email the seller and ask if it's correct, sometimes they entered the
weight or dimensions incorrectly and will change the shipping rate, if they
don't I just wont bid. EBay has also moved heavily in favor of the buyer,
so it's much easier to return items. All in all a great service if you
avoid a few pitfalls.
