[Boatanchors] RAK / RAL Receivers

Hi John,

If I can't find a RAL that is within my reach I will be making a 
converter to get some of the lower ham bands down where the RAK can 
present them. With or without the RAL I will be using with my Johnson 
Ranger and/or DX-100 doing the talking.
