You forgot "click Windows Security" between "Update and Security" and
"App and Browser Control".

However, depending on the browser, and the version of the browser, much
of your Internet content control (what it allows through and what it
doesn't) most likely would have to be done there and not within Windows
itself. Since security issues, changes, concerns, especially ones related
to the Internet are constantly being monitored, reviewed, and updated by
the major browser owners, you need to keep your browser updated on a
regular basis. I mostly use Firefox so I check for updates at least once
a week.
