Here's a QSL mock up I did for fun and giggles on the free Avery Design
Pro software mentioned in my previous post below. Besides doing postcard
size QSL's, it has templates for all kinds and sizes of labels. In this
QSL, I pulled in some background image from the internet but it could be
all text, personal pictures, etc.

My Microsoft Office is now 20 years old (Office 2000 - Excel, Word,
Powerpoint, Access) and runs fine on all my Win 10 machines. 
Avery had a free software program to print stuff on their hundreds of
labels but also in the same software you could print to postcards. You
could print just full text or test and graphics. The free Avery program
was called Design Pro 5. Support stopped at Win 7 but it works fine on my
Win 8 and Win 10 machines. Some users had trouble running it on their Win
10 machines. The online version supposedly takes care of that problem. On
their web site it says that Design Pro 5 has been retired in favor of the
online design program. If you Google and search around the web, you can
probably find the original free Design Pro 5 software.
