This may be the wrong place to ask, but here goes anyway.
Anyone know of a free drawing program that could be used for
fairly simple home-brew QSL cards...no pix, just text. I used to
use an Auto-Cad program, but when I had to upgrade to this
windows program, I lost the ability to use the Auto-Cad.
