Given I have had it with Amazon in the past month, I have to chime in.
I purchased a piece of medical equipment that was intermittent so I emailed
the seller.
They wrote back the same instruction as in the little manual, so I wrote
again, same message the second time. I wrote again and got the same message
to read the manual from them the third time. Now Amazon wants me to review
the product.
I did and pointed to poor customer service which they promptly rejected. I
complained and received the same answer I got the first time from Amazon.
So I see a recommendation here for another brand. I looked at it's sale
page and the question section had questions about its operation. All the
answers to the various questions were the same, (paraphrasing) "we make
a --------, it covers ______, etc. There were over 50 questions about
operation and all answers were the same. Conclusion, don't deal with a
Chinese seller and don't complain to Amazon, they don't care and protect the
sellers on their site
By the way, the second product I looked at was a LCR meter mentioned here
No thanks, no thanks a lot.-

I can resist it. What kind of customer support do they have? Every
additional gadget usually involves hours of wasted time and
frustration.
