I am not trying to be insulting to anyone.  It is just that the USPS
has Congressional mandates as the United States's national postal
carrier.  They are hobbled and unable to freely compete with UPS etc.
 These chains on them are why they charge so much and lose money.  But
when you think about it, in the year 2018, 50 cents to move a piece of
paper physically from your house to Hawaii or Miami is not a bad deal
in my opinion.
