[Boatanchors] Shipping damage

[SGS 126]

I have had exceptional service from the post office, they paid up within a week after a package was damaged and in about 2 weeks after a package was stolen.  I filed both claims online.  I haven’t really dealt with UPS but I had a package damaged by FedEx so I submitted pictures and a receipt for the cost of the item.  It was denied twice because I guess the pictures never got to the right place 3rd time was the charm and they paid.  I generally insure everything unless it’s less than $20.  Maybe I’m lucky but I love the ease of shipping via USPS and FedEx
