[Boatanchors] The ARRL's next move

Around here there has been some renewed interest in CW to the point that
two of the local clubs have joined forces to offer classes.
Originally, the plan was to help people increase their proficiency (speed)
but has evolved into a class for anyone.
I hear the initial interest was about twenty but this has dropped to
twelve.
One of the obstacles is getting enough (decent) keys for the class.
I think as it progresses, some of these things will be worked out.
The classes are due to start in the next few weeks (if not already - I
missed the last club meeting).
There is hope for those with interest.
