[Boatanchors] Need operating instructions or a manual for the Heath IP-2730 power supply.

This is the 7.5V 10A Shumbacher Heath lab supply with both voltage and current controls.


The current rheostat broke on the one I have and I replaced it.  In a simple power up test,

the voltage seems to work but the amps needle does not move.  I'm wondering if it has to

have something jumpered in the back or a test load for that to function.


If its a load issue, can anyone suggest a simple load ?


Have found a schematic for the IP-2730 but still have not found the instruction book.
