[Boatanchors] WWV Petition Potential Problems

Gang,

My apologies for not reading the 105 me-too emails on the original 
topic.  So, I may have missed something.

I just went to the link below, and signed the petition.  I have a soft 
spot in my heart for WWV.

However, my understanding is they want to shut down WWV and WWVH the HF 
stations.  The petition expresses concern about atomic clocks. I'm 
wearing one on my wrist.  But, these devices depend upon the 60KHz VLF 
signals from WWVB.

Perhaps we need another petition that make abetter case for HF service.
