[Boatanchors] NIST FY 2019 Budget Would Eliminate WWV and WWVH

I hope WWV/WWVH doesn't go away. All my clocks are radio controlled
(Atomic) except for my computers which are NTP controlled. it's so
nice not to have to keep setting your clocks all the time. I'll have
to write as many representatives as I can and ask them not to cut the
service from the budget if it's not too late. This is the first I've
heard of this.
