[Boatanchors] The Silence of the Bands

Try the October 1966 issue of QST.  Happens to be the issue introducing Louise (Lou) Ramsey Moreau as the  new YL News and Views guru.  Lou amassed one of the largest key collections ever.  I recall the collection was left to the AWA.
