[Boatanchors] The Silence of the Bands

I really saw this coming years ago right when they first began to rely
on the Technician class as the entry ticket and 2 m. FM as the starter
band and mode.

It was incredibly stupid to expect people to catch the radio bug by
operating 2 meter CB instead of HF.
