I don't know if you have the tube socket voltage information for troubleshooting. Heath never published that data outside of the plant. However, I grew up 35-miles from the Heath plant in St. Joseph, Michigan, and, after getting my driver's license, used to drive up there to "drool over" the kits (there was a showroom just to the left as you entered the main door where kits were displayed and you could purchase one and immediately take it home). If one had a question about any product, the showroom clerk would telephone back into the plant and, within minutes, an engineer would come (usually the "lead" engineer on the product) and answer your questions. Often, he would draw a schematic, on a piece of paper, for some improvement to the unit. Then, he would go back into the plant and return a few minutes later with a paper bag that had all the parts to make the modification. This was free of charge!
One time, when I was up at the plant, I asked about my DX-100. Among other things, I was given a copy of the average voltage readings on the tube sockets of the transmitter. That was like in 1960 or 1961. I still have that document, although very "dog eared" these days, and have included it in the file located at the following URL:

Subject: [Boatanchors] DX-100 passed away today -
Hi All,
Attempted to get on 40 AM this afternoon and my beloved DX-100 passed away.
All was normal less than 24 hours ago.
Started to load her on 7.290 MHz as per manual.
Transmitter output dropped when I attempted to apply drive - took about
three seconds - then fuse blew.
No!!!!!!!
Quickly shut it down.
Checked everything externally - all seemed OK.
Refused rig.
AC Power up - no problem.
Filaments good.
Applied plate voltage - no problem.
Wentvkey down and VERY carefully attempted to apply drive - No output.
Haven't opened the beast up yet.
Anyway- before I do - does anyone have any general suggestions as to type
of failure from this brief description?
It's going on the bench this weekend - I'll have to hire the local neighbor
kid to hoist it up on the bench. He moved it for me months ago like it
weighed 20 lbs.
