Thanks for writing, Jim.
The auction is "live" in Garland, Texas, a short drive
from my home. There will be another in October.
The ICollector web site is used to allow
people who can't attend in person to bid- I have done so
a couple of times when I was stuck at work or travelling
and picked-up the items later in Garland.
Jim has "pack and ship" available (no, sorry folks-
I can't pack and ship for anyone;
I can't afford the refund if I drop it ;-) .

Hi Dave:
I have never seen this site before, and have a question. Do you need to go
to the action site to pick up the item?
If so, the low prices are understandable. A while back, I had a surplus
Beachmaster audio amp that included the power supply and two nice audiofool
triodes, about the size of a 211. I could not figure out how to ship it
(and could not pick it up by myself), so put it on ebay as a pick-up item.
I had one bidder, and it sold for the initial bid - $10. I live in the Los
Angeles area, with plenty of people around me.
Jim, w6ivw
