[Boatanchors] The Silence of the Bands.

I think it may be a case of people just not trying to see what is out there.

I have the IDs of the two RB Skimmers in my area. I can look at the activity 
detected by those skimmers to get some idea of what is being heard hear.

I use "DX Lab" to look at the activity as seen by the RBN. I get maps 
showing what is happening.

My interest is mostly 40M.
