Re: NC-140 AVC Problem.

I mis-remembered.  The radio with the AVC problem I fixed
was an NC-100.  But I believe someone said the phenolic
in several National radios does this; it absorbs a little 
moisture and develops leakage of the AVC voltage.
Even a megaOhm of leakage will hose the AVC.
