[Boatanchors] HF6V 67 pF Capacitor Rating

I guess I need to replace the 67 pF capacitor in the 80/40 trap. One of 
the screw terminals is loose and turns when I tighten the screw.  Is 
there any chance I could resolder the connector to the capacitor body?

As I read the ID on the capacitor, it has a 7.5 KV rating.  An eBay 
foreign seller is selling 68 pF 6 KV rated capacitors of a physical size 
that will fit as a replacement.  Looking at the photo of the replacement 
capacitor being sold by DX Engineering, it is marked 68 pF 7 KV.  Is a 6 
KV rating sufficient or should I look further?
