[Boatanchors] How do I lay coaxial cable underground?

When our buried CATV wire was checked the tech used (I believe) a TDR (Time
Domain Reflectometer?) and even though he pinpointed almost exactly where
the break was put in a call for a new cable. Unfortunately, I wasn't at
home when the new cable (to the outdoor junction box) went down and was
buried.
