[Boatanchors] Morning Fix-It Quiz

Mike W6MAB got it in one. There should be two small coil springs in the
rectangular openings in the gears - the springs apply pressure to keep the
gear teeth engaged fully with the driving gear in both directions. They are
called (if my memory serves me right - always a questionable assumption)
'anti-backlash' springs. Very common and should be easy to find a
replacement and replace.
