[Boatanchors] Midwinter 630 Operating Event

When I passed my Extra (1977 I think...) I elected to get a new shorter 2x1
call.   The call I got was AC3C !!   That was an unofficial prefix for
Sikkim, near to Tibet and India.   Like you I had some "fun" with that...
