Hi Greg,
	I don't see any reason that disc ceramics wouldn't be fine.  The cap. 
is there to provide a direct path to gnd for the RF, no temp. comp. 
needed, they don't determine frequency. The resistor provides some pos. 
V on the cathodes to work as grid bias.
	See you on the VSB net someday if propagation permits.  I know you've 
ckd in a cupla times in the past few mo.s.  Frank's there many wks, I 
can hear him usually.
