[Boatanchors] Replacement Capacitors for KWM-2 under RF Deck

I am repairing a KWM-2 and need to replace C-140 through C-145 due to damage [part of the six resistors and capacitors that shunt the cathodes of the 6146's to ground]. The manual lists them as "fixed, ceramic dielectric" - they are 500 PF @ 500V. They look physically like little dog bones - not a regular disc ceramic. They are also not temperature compensating. I have searched Google, Mouser, Surplus Sales ... and I am unable to locate a suitable replacement that is the same physical shape and the proper rating.

My question is: can I replace them with new disc ceramic capacitors? I have new ones that are 500 PF @ 1 KV.

Thank you in advance.
