[Boatanchors] Tuning Scale Help

Greetings All,
I have just completed a conversion of a BC-221 to an awesome regen
receiver. I want to make up a set of good looking paper tuning charts for
it. Simple enough, frequency on the top of the sheet and the dial counter
number on the bottom (0-50). Something like this simplified
7.0          7.5         8.0        8.5
-l--------------l-------------l------------l------
00-00      03-35     10-46    13-60

and so on. Problem is I can't find a program simple enough for a computer
illiterate me to use. Anyone got any ideas??
