[Boatanchors] OT: Here's a challenge for your boatanchor, & a question

Here's a challenge for you. . .
Just yesterday, after a 7 year hiatus I 'reactivated' my 10 Meter
beacon, operating 24/7. Rig is a Realistic HTX-100 pushing ~20 Watts CW
into a Cushcraft AR-10 'Ringo' antenna that's 14 feet AGL. Frequency is
28.290 MHz. See if your old BA is up to the challenge (big grin).
Now the question: I was surprised at the number of 'spots' my beacon
received at the last Sunspot "Low", from some rather remote areas of the
world :) Any-Whooo, I'm down to about a dozen QSL cards, probably
enough for awhile. These were ordered way back in January 1998 (I'd
ordered a thousand at the time), and still have my old address (not been
there for almost 17 years). The last cards were ordered from W4MPY, it
appears they're out of business now (SK?)
Who would YOU recommend to order 'economical' cards from. Just a basic
card, though I'd like to add my beacon info etc on it./ In other words
a combination that would also fit "SWL" reports of the beacon. . .
I've considered designing/printing my own, but I' not sure my printer
could handle even light cardstock!
