I have two 12V 7A (120V in) transformers that were salvaged from landscape lighting power supplies.  Their frames are a bit rusty but they work fine and would serve well as line voltage bucking transformers to run those older radios that like 110V rather than today's higher (122V+) line voltages. They are free for shipping, which should not be more than $5-7.  They have no mounting tabs so you will probably have to glue them in a box with silicon glue.  Brian WA5UEK
