That's the UTC LS-183, part of the Linear Standard line.

You have to go look in old transformer catalogs on-line in the Bunker Of Doom.

The 183 is for Class B 805s or push pull parallel 203As etc.

Rated for 400 ma. maximum. Secondary 1750-1500-0-1500-1750 1500 or
1250 vdc out of a choke input filter.

It's old iron from the early 1950s. You have to use it with a full
wave center tap not full wave bridge.

Primary 100 to 240 v.

          connect join

100 1 and 2 1 & 5, 2 & 6
110 1 and 3 1 & 5, 3 & 7
120 1 and 4 1 & 5, 4 & 8
200 1 and 6 2 and 5
210 1 and 6 3 and 5
220 1 and 6 4 and 5
230 1 and 7 4 and 5
240 1 and 8 4 and 5

That's a nice transformer. It can comfortably run a 250 watt class C
final PA and be a great power supply tranny in a vintage homebrew rig.
Probably weighs in at around 40 to 50 lbs. If you are trying to sell
it you'll probably have no trouble. I'd try to get $100 for it if I
were selling it.

I was given a power transformer out of a working home brew amplifier that used a single 4-1000A in the RF deck. The transformer is in working order, or at least it was at the time of the pull. On one side of the transformer are two poles with “3,000” between them, and another couple with “3,500” between them, and a single pole with “CT” next to it positioned between the two pairs. All of this is quite self-explanatory to me.
