I agree.   Next thing you know, someone has a proposal to ban all
analog modes.  These proposals are coming from uninformed, or new hams
or ARRL.  None of them except for the ARRL supposedly, have been put
out in any on-line forum for opinions first.  They just sprang up with
the FCC.

I am contemplating a proposal for a rule that says you can't put in a
proposal until you have 1000 signatures and have been a ham 30 years
or more.
