[Boatanchors] WE 407 and 408 tubes

Hi,

I have been getting rid of piles of things that came via "the whole box 
for a dollar" under-the-table hamfest deals. I wanted something else and 
got all that fool's gold, in the deal. That happens at 
garage/yard/rummage sales too. I stop often and usually leave 
empty-handed. But sometimes...

A box full of Greenlee punches for 5 bucks!
