Yes, it does, plus they give you an extra one in a bag.

For $89, I thought if I was lucky, it would last at least one flea market
season. It's now ready for a 5th season. I just ran it several days ago
for about an hour. On a attached digital meter, it held at 120.2 volts
the entire time. It's noisy when you're close up (but probably no louder
then my lawn mower), but moving 15 to 20 feet away, you have to strain to
hear it. When playing outdoor radio on the patio, it powers up the
Kenwood TS-830S just fine.
