Agreed Pete, while I do more listening than transmitting, I hear lots of vintage SSB gear too. Hope to have my Transcom SBT-3 on the air in a couple of weeks.

I use my vintage National NCX-5 or NCX-3 transceivers on a regular basis.
Neither requires a net operation to have some vintage SSB radio fun. I run into stations all the time using Drakes, Swans, Hallicrafters, Yaesus, Kenwoods and even some lesser known vintage SSB rigs.
